Residential ceiling fans range from 48-56 inches in size with 48 inch being a popular size for indoor residential use. In terms of size and performance, a 48 inch (1200mm) 3-blade indoor ceiling fan with a 60w motor can provide airflow coverage of around 10,032 m3/hr. A larger 4-blade 56 inch (1400mm) ceiling fan with 80w motor can provide coverage of around 13,551 m³/hr. You can check the coverage area of a ceiling fan installation yourself by measuring your space.

Ceiling fan installation

A residential ceiling fan installation is normally completed in around an hour, however it can take longer depending on the complexity of the job and if any additional electrical work is required.

Once your installation is complete we will provide an overview of your new appliance including features and warranty information. You will receive a Certificate of Compliance Electrical Work (CCEW) and your appliance will also be backed by your manufacturer warranty.
